- Plan Document, Summary Plan Descriptions, Amendment reviews
- Consult with the plan sponsor on plan design, communication issues, pending acquisitions, investment changes, etc.
- Consult with plan sponsor on year-end issues, including methods for improving testing and employee participation in the plan
- Present important fiduciary education information to the plan sponsor, including principles of asset review
- Review plan for 404(c) compliance
- Review all aspects of retirement plan administration to develop accountability standards
- Oversee legislative compliance and monitoring, providing relevant updates
- Consult on acquisition, merger and divestiture consulting
- Review Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO) review
- Review all testing by outside vendors
