Community Outreach

Higginbotham and its employees put countless hours and considerable dollars into community development. And with locations across Texas, the impact of our F.O.R.C.E. (Family of Responsible Caring Employees) is far-reaching.

The Higginbotham Community Fund administered by the Community Foundation of North Texas puts money into charitable works throughout Texas. Grants of the donor-advised fund are distributed to nonprofits that come recommended by employees and selected by an advisory committee comprised of Higginbotham’s leadership. The fund is financed by employee donations with a corporate matching component.

Our F.O.R.C.E. also engages in a variety of philanthropic activities beyond monetary support. Many volunteer projects are organized on the corporate level, but still more are initiated and carried out by our employees, who are characterized as a generous, compassionate and energetic group.
